Drop Stance
This stance is very relaxing. The key is to keep both feet flat on the floor - extended leg should be straight and the foot flexed inward. The leg you are sitting on should be 1. knee pointing in the same direction as your toes (45 degrees) 2. Your back should be straight and not leaning forward - find your center line and balance. The position of your arms depends on what leg you are sitting on. Make sure that the lower position arm is in a straight line with the upper position arm. Fingers together and thumb tucked on the side of the hand and not in front of the palm.
