Bow Stance
As you can see the front leg should be 90 degrees - knee in a straightline above the heel (if the knee leans forward to much you will feel pain and if the knee is behing your heel unless you are powerful you will delay in applying your next movement). Front foot should point straight out. The back leg should be straight and the foot should be flexed in 90 degrees. To train it is good to keep back straight so your weight can push the center of your body to the floor. For forms upper body is usually executed tilting slightly forward.
