Resting Stance
Look at the position of the shoulders - the punch and the shoulder and in the same level. Key is to tilt the front foot outward before tucking the back knee under the front leg when you sit - Your butt should not be sitting on your heel and the tucked knee should not be touching the floor. Excuse this simple method of explaining. These photos and clips are meant for people who are starting out and need clear understanding of what to do. The stance is done with either leg in the front.
