Aerial Jump
A nice aerial is one with straight legs. First develop a good cartwheel. Second try one arm cartwheels. Third try to lunge into a cartwheel - go for distance when you jump this trains a whipping motion in order to land the right leg first. Last get some courage to be upside down!
