Ban Gui Bu Mostly used in Southern Styles
Great for leg power. I feel this one more then the other stances. The leg that is bent inward - that knee should never touch the floor. Notice the angles of the feet - this is for balance. Notice the center of balance. Try going from one leg to the other doing lunges in 45 degree angles.
