Lotus Kick
This kick is demonstrated as it is used in the new compulsory Long Fist routine. First a slap fist facing forward - now moving toward your right - you need to take two steps and you jump of the second step (right leg).
Key points is to kick the left leg upward high enough so that the right can kick while the left is still in mid air, thus giving the illusion of a jump stradle kick. In this routine you land into a bow stance.
