Tornado Kick
Tornado is another word for jump inside crescent kick. Key point here is to jump off the right leg - lift and tuck the left leg to your chest - the right leg must kick, slap the left hand and the right leg must land first.
Make sure you squat down on the right leg in order to use your thigh muscles and calve muscles. When you jump keep your back straight - make sure to jump up and not OUT. You need the height in order to land into a horse stance or into a split nice and clean. The power and speed of your kick enables you to spin around like a tornado does.
Please excuse the quality of the clip. My digital camera is begging to be put to sleep. I hope the clip with my instructions will help those who want to better understand this jump kick. It is done too fast so don't blink.
