8 Fists Different fists used in WuShu
Start out at attention position hands to your sides. Ready position means step out with right leg (shoulder width apart)and raised your fists to your waist.
The rest observe the videos - execute with power and speed. Most important use control. You will throw 16 punches total. Six of the fists are shoulder height. One of them is to the temple area (notice the position of that fist) and the other is to the hip area (notice the position of that fist and elbow). Enjoy.
